The multi-million dollar question in the title of this article brings us to the horrible truth that timely legal due process has NOT been administered, without favoritism, since before former President Trump was elected to public office. The publically discussed and legally known manipulations and machinations of elements of the Hillary Clinton Campaign, as well as the international business shenanigans of Hunter Biden with his laptop computer have never been given the same rabid knee-jerk legal treatment that has been used to attack President Trump. I was never a huge fan of Trump's texting or social exploits, but come on, fair is fair. If our legal, legislative, and media outlets are going to attack Trump, as they have so viciously done, then those same attackers owe the citizens of the USA that same violent knee-jerk response to the alleged offenses of Clinton and Biden. Stop the hypocrisy and face reality.
However, the biased attackers probably reasoned among themselves something like, why encourage timely legal due process or honest mutually beneficial negotiations between disagreeing parties, when or if one is capable of instigating a situation akin to civil war? For then, they could stand back and watch others kill or destroy each other, at which point the instigators could have easy pickings of the national riches, power, and leftovers for themselves and their cronies.
Here, in 2022, more than ever in the USA, even more than at the eruption of our Civil War in the late 1800s, I think the political Left is trying to instigate modern ideological civil war, as they grab for social and political power, which ends up including wealth, even as the Bolsheviks did 100 years ago, in Russia.
In the USA, today, and for some years, the Rule of Law is not being applied equally to all accused parties. Currently, on the big social screen, that is evidently because of the respective political affiliations of the accused versus the accusers who are in power, similar to what happens in dictator states or as happened during the U.S.'s McCarthy years when the FBI helped marginalize certain citizens. Currently, we are seeing rapid escalation of the apparent governmental weaponization and partizan application of the Law by elements within our law enforcement agencies, our legal system, and the U.S. Congress itself.
Right now, U.S. Citizens and our businesses, all over the USA, are mostly feeling betrayed and violated by several elements of our sitting government, based on increasingly widespread commentaries and publically stated opinions about POTUS Biden's poor popularity rating of about 33%, especially, given numerous recent developments, including the administration's call for massive personnel additions to the IRS and politically motivated sealed warrants, secret raids, and highly discriminatory investigations and accusations, the latter floating on a sewage like river of innuendo rather than being based on evidentiary fact. I shall hazard that it is primarily the socially blind and those ideologues toeing the hard Left line of the Democratic Party who make up the remaining faltering support of this current administration and the several out-of-control branches of government that are threatening our constitutional rights.

Australia's Sky News, and other foreign outlets, are starting to air similar concerns. Those are readily available on YouTube. Even some popular mainstream media investigators and commentators are realizing how badly our rights are being attacked and violated, and are now beginning to delicately question and even extricate themselves from the pop media addiction to the Biden Administration.
