Loaded Question! Can Venezuelan-style Violence & Chaos Erupt in USA?

A friend of mine emailed me, today, asking what I think about the decay and violence that is occurring in the Socialist nation of Venezuela. He implied that he wondered if that level of violence might be coming to these United States of America, also. So, I half-jokingly asked him, "Is this Loaded Question Day?" (After all, didn't we just go through the Ferguson riots, and violent eruptions other places around the USA?) ...so, I proceeded to comment, as follows.

Letter to US Senate and Their Chaplain: Civil Rights vs. Violent Crimes

Dear Chaplain Black,
     Thank you for your service to our Nation. I appreciate fellow veterans, but above all I appreciate those who serve the Lord Jesus Christ in His Truth, and make no apology for doing so.
     I’m 68 year old, combat disabled veteran, biblical Christian constitutionalist, registered Republican. I trust and uphold God’s Word, our U.S. Constitution & Bill of Rights. I expect political candidates, and those in public office, to practice the following:
1) stick to the God's Bible & prove all things by it, & walk with His Christ.
2) support & defend the language of our Constitution & our full Bill of Rights.
3) refuse to compromise about Human Life beginning at conception & stop the murder of unborn children.
4) refuse to compromise our Bill of Rights; insist that God’s Bible and our Founding Documents are THE only Standards to prove the Laws of our Nation; “separation of church & state” doesn't bar people of biblical faith from godly influence in our government & agencies.
5) refuse to compromise about godly punishment of violent criminals and thieves: do as God says with them.
6) Hold ALL people equally accountable under God's Word & our Constitution.
     I strenuously urge you to do your sworn duty to uphold and defend our Constitution from all its enemies, foreign & domestic. Fight for our Bill of Rights, without equivocation or favoritism. Do NOT settle for any infringements of our freedoms, guaranteed to all U.S. citizens by our Bill of Rights. Kill ALL anti-gun legislation that affects law-abiding citizens' Rights.
     More than 106 years of anti-gun legislation has NOT had significant effects on violent crime or sin nature of people in these United States of America, but have inflicted egregious burdens & Civil Rights infringements upon every law-abiding citizen. Stop ALL anti-gun legislation that affects the Rights of good citizens.

God Cares a LOT About Human Lives!

If you, ever, had any doubt about whether God cares what happens to you and other human beings (and especially Israel, His living example to us of human struggles), look at Ezekiel Chapter 34 and see what God says about the relationships of abusers and the abused, within Israel, and then apply that lesson to your own life and modern life in this world. God provides The Way to overcome the problems in our lives, and in that there is great cause for rejoicing. God wants every one of us to choose His salvation, instead of choosing our own destruction.

E Pluribus Unum: Out of Many, One

Far too many people either do not know or have forgotten the phrase E Pluribus Unum, that means "out of many, one". Many what? Many peoples, countries, nations, cultures, states. One what? One People. One Culture. One Nation. One God. The implication of that aspiration of "one-ness" is based on common interest (mutual aid and protection without infringement upon each other), a common and real God (based on common biblical understanding), a common respect for God's Word (the Bible), common faith (just not institutionalized, thereby recognizing the personal nature of repentance and faith), common objectives in which we honor and respect each other, rather than trying to abuse each other or lead each other into sin.

Many Will Hate The Truth About Orlando Shootings

I am truly saddened that so many souls were harmed and killed in Orlando, recently, but my humanly regrets will not change the truth of what has happened, nor will all the anti-terrorism and anti-gun clamoring alter the facts of history and God's calling upon our lives. Political opportunists are seizing this moment in history to trot out, yet, more additions to their 100+ years of failed 'gun control' legislation, with which they have pretended to want, or try, to control the sin nature of humanity that is prone to violence. BUT, where are their public outcries against the 8 times greater anti-personnel crimes of violence that have been committed with people's hands and other instruments of violence, to the exclusion of firearms? There is a far greater calling and Divine Principle at issue in our Nation, than these murders, or the manner in which they were committed. That Divine Issue is whether we, as a Nation, are going to repent of our personal and collective evildoings and return to the Living God of Creation, our Maker. 

Many people shall hate me for saying these things, but, I’m just a messenger, and the truth of what I share is straight from the Bible that God has given to us. God has cajoled, warned, invited, cautioned, and tried to teach us, over and over, about what He wants for us. Yet, in response to all of God’s loving patience, He says that most people in this life fail to heed His calling, and that most people perish in their sin and rebellion.

Another "Politically Correct" Candidate for President

With the horrible character, recorded deeds, and belief systems, of some people, like Hillary Clinton, who are running for President of these United States of America, it would NOT surprise me if the "politically correct" crowd also nominated this terrorist for the highest office in our land.

Remember that, just like Hillary Clinton, this terrorist has passed in-depth security and background checks far in excess of what the anti-gun crowd wants you and me to submit to!! AND...Look at all the respective damage that Clinton and this terrorist have each done, DESPITE all the supposed detailed government scrutiny of their respective backgrounds!!

"We, the People" have allowed, and even encouraged, the weasels of evil to drink the blood, and feast, to their hearts desire, in the hen-house of our Nation!

Citizens of these United States of America, we ALL urgently need to answer God's call to repent of our personal and collective sin, or the Good LORD is going to let the heat get turned up a lot worse than this. God's Word, the Bible, promises redemption in exchange for our repentance and faith, but also promised torment and damnation for our self-centered rebellion and intransigence.

Wake up America!

The Orlando nightclub shooting spree, this weekend, reinforces the need to hold shooters responsible for their actions, ESPECIALLY terrorist sympathizers, BUT DON'T BLAME THE FIREARMS!!!! The gun did NOT walk itself into that nightclub, and the gun definitely did NOT choose to pull it's own trigger.

Get right with God, America, and stop excusing all manner of relativism and "politically correct" popular sin... and stop making excuses for the lying deadly beliefs of terrorists.

Even if nothing else in the Bible were to tell us to support Israel and side with God about the Jews, Ezekiel 25 shows us how serious God is about this issue, AND what He does to those who attack Israel, even in the things that they say about the Jews. Don't take my word for it, look up that link.

Are We Naked In Sin, or Covered By Holy Blood?

These United States of America (and virtually all the world, really) has much of which to repent before God Almighty and before His Christ. As citizens, we have too often allowed God-less, so-called "politically correct" people (which is spiritual, moral, and practical nonsense) to dictate to us the upside down values of Satan himself. Far too many among us now call right things wrong and call wrong things right. The Bible has continually warned people that that would happen in the last days of human self-governance.

Tales of Two Spiritual States: Who Shall Repent or Perish?

Please, prayerfully, read Ezekiel 22. Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to teach you what YOU need to learn from this Bible passage, no matter who you are, or what you do, or your social or economic stature in this life. You are not exempt from this spiritual decision, AND you WILL make a decision. You will, deliberately, accept or reject God and His Christ, or you will make the decision to neglect or put off dealing with this issue, which also rejects God and Christ, in that moment. Whatever your immediate decision, God is still calling YOU. The truth is that God seeks honest working repentance and faith in us.

Do not confuse repentance with the religious falsehood of penance. And, don't confuse either of those with attempts to make restitution to those whom you have offended or hurt. Restitution is an agreed upon settlement between you and another person. Repentance is your willing surrender to God, and is only between you and God. Repentance consists of calling sin what God calls it, then you admitting to God that you are truly sorry for your sin, as well as that you are not worthy and have no way to pay for your own sin, AND, lastly, that you completely accept that Jesus and His sacrifice, death, and resurrection, alone, fully pay the price for and provide victory over your sin. If you do repent, then trust in God's forgiveness, for the blood of Christ already paid the full price of sin for everyone, including YOU. We can only receive God's forgiveness when we humble ourselves before God and receive forgiveness and salvation by faith, admitting that we do not deserve it. That is why it is called God's grace, grace being unmerited favor.

Penance, by its works, says that the perfect sinless blood and finished work of Jesus Christ are insufficient to pay for your sin and that you (a sinner) must add your sin-tainted works to the perfect sinless sacrifice that Jesus made on your behalf. Repentance toward God and faith toward the Lord Jesus Christ IS God's ONLY plan. Penance is nothing less than people making believe that they, yet being sinners, can pay, pay back, God for their own sins. To be honest, and biblical, God says that their attempts at penance are blasphemous and delusional on their part.

Once you've read Ezekiel 22, please, look to God's plan of salvation, that you not have to suffer similar judgments as those that the Jewish people had brought upon themselves, and that God gave as a testimony to us. They are God's chosen people, for a holy example to the rest of us, so, carefully bear their historical lessons in mind. There is great peace and joy in surrendering to the Lord Jesus Christ.
