Learning To Wait Upon God

This is for all the impatient Christians and others who seek fast worldly solutions to the issues of life.

In the Old Testament, believers are told to "wait on the LORD", and God reiterates that point.

Although our flesh is terribly impatient, when we discipline our spirit to walk with God's Spirit and according to His Word, then we begin to grow and become productive in life. Think of it like this. A fisherman must learn to fish and spend time actually fishing before he or she can catch, clean, or eat fish. A hunter must to hunt and spend time actually hunting before he or she can kill, clean and eat meat. A farmer must learn how to farm and actually do the planning and work of farming long before he or she is able to till, plant, harvest, or eat the fruits of all that labor. That is even more apparent for those who would have vineyards or orchards.

Return to Jesus Christ and the King James Bible, that is God's Word for English speaking people, that you might learn all the wonders and promises and eternal security we are promises by God Almighty.
