"Ever Learning, and Never Able to Come to the Knowledge of the Truth"

2 Timothy 3:1-7

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth."

Dear friend,
No one can religiously satisfy God for us, nor can we satisfy Him ourselves. But, God has already made "the way of escape": each and every one of us must personally acknowledge and repent of our sin, personally receive God's Christ, and personally be born again of the Spirit of Christ by faith alone in the finished work of Jesus Christ, lest we force ourselves to neglect the only salvation that God offers to humanity, lest we personally neglect God's Way and thereby, by default, personally choose to perish eternally. Please choose God's way in His Christ. Don't choose damnation. He gives us no other options, now, and for eternity.
