Major US Cities Clamoring For End To Violence

 Major US cities and many other communities are having a hard time containing their panic about violent crime in or near them. Why are we so surprised at the violence, when so many millions of people in this Nation have pushed God away and embraced so many things that He hates? We are NOT going to save ourselves from ourselves nor from our sin nature unless we do it God's way.

Proverbs 11:10-11
¹⁰  When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth: and when the wicked perish, there is shouting.
¹¹  By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.    

We MUST humble ourselves and ask for God's forgiveness for all of our personal and collective sin. We MUST do it God's way through the blood of His Christ by faith. Then and only then shall He hear us and heal us. Remember that if we attempt to add our own sin-stained works to His plan of salvation then He shall cast us off completely, for our sin-stained attempts mock the perfect life and self-sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ, Creator, and equal with the Almighty. He is the only one who came to call us out about our sin and at the same time He volunteered, in love, to take our punishment upon Himself, that we might have the opportunity to seek Him, accept Him, turn from our sin to Him, and receive Him by faith. This is not about eating or doing things, but getting outside of our normal worldly heads and hearts to look at Him in faith, "for without faith it is impossible to please Him".

Please turn from your sin, right now, and receive the singular salvation that the only Christ of God offers to you. Then and only then shall we begin to turn ourselves, our families, our towns, cities, and Nation back to wholesome living, instead of trying to legislate morality. Morality has to come from inside of us. All the laws in the world cannot do that. Laws only show us the things that are wrong and the things of which we are afraid, and then prescribe consequences.

Good human laws agree with God's Law. All else is unholy contrivance that God shall trash at His Final Judgment. Please trust God's Christ, today, for this world order is headed for the Lake of Fire, of which the Bible speaks. The Bible's books of John, Romans, and Revelation are loving but stern wake-up calls to every soul on Earth. Read them for they are God's warnings to us that we might choose life and not choose death. Choose God's ways for your life. Live forever in Christ.
