How Do Real Friends Act?

In today's internet-fired social media world many souls are feeling driven to submit to, fight with, or subjugate others, even as they seek to understand their own selves, their feelings, and their responsibilities. Some are mostly seeking a place to hide; some to bully and feel superior to others; some to find love, belonging, a sense of calling, or someone to lead them by the nose. Some seek only natural things and worldly council, but others seek God's ways.

To be successful in life, please consider God's two Great Laws, even as  the One and Only Jesus Christ spoke of them, with Divine Authority:

1) to love God with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength.

2) to love our neighbors as we love our own selves.

ALL GOOD human law is going to come under those two great laws. Anything that does not conform to those two laws of God are not good, no matter how much the world, our feelings, or our lusts try to justify bad laws. Bad laws, also, violate some or many of the principles of our U.S. Constitution and our other Founding Documents.

Do you want real friends? Do you want to be a real friend?

Real friends obey God's Great Commands.

Real friends say something when we see another person doing wrong.

Real friends don't lie to, cheat, or steal from each other or neighbors.

Friends help friends to do right, to avoid being violent, if at all possible.

Friends don't let friends drive drunk or distracted.

Friends don't let friends do drugs or expose their kids to drugs.

Friends don't let friends abuse spouses, children, or elders.

Friends encourage friends to respect the life and person of unborn children; to shun the torture and death of abortion.

To help each of us learn to prove ourselves by God's ways and to be the best friends we can to all souls around us, we need repentance, faith, and God's salvation. God bless you to that end.
