If you didn’t watch this report on Fox News last night, please do! This is a
MUST SEE overview of what is going on with the “lone wolf” terrorism attacks in
the US, Canada, and around the globe. Unless you have been following this issue
in painful detail, you will surely learn many things, as I have.
As
I listened to this report last night, I found myself wondering about possible links
that the U.S. anti-gun movement might have to the backers or funding sources of
terrorism that is directed against U.S. citizens. The urgency of some people, and groups, to
disarm this Nation, flies in the face of logic, especially when terrorism and
street violence continue to take their toll on our civilian population. When we
find ourselves in the midst of a shooting war, THAT is NOT the time to disarm.
This report illustrates one more reason why our U.S.
Constitution has the Second Amendment. It is obvious that, as U.S. citizens, we
need to protect ourselves here at home. Our government, obviously, is unable to
completely protect our citizens. Ask yourself, honestly, “Why do our President
and his cronies continue to push to deprive U.S. citizens of our natural and
constitutional Right to defend ourselves with weapons that match the capability
of the personal weapons that the terrorists are using to try to kill us? Why
does the anti-gun crowd care more about offending the social or religious
sensibilities of Muslims than about allowing U.S. citizens to remain
constitutionally armed and able to defend ourselves?”
There is no “gray area” about the actions of the anti-Rights/anti-gun
people or organizations that subvert and seek to destroy our Rights. Whether anti-gunners
are in direct league with terrorists or not, they still work to deprive us of
our natural and constitutional Rights. Because law-abiding citizens cannot
fully and adequately defend ourselves and our loved ones against violence, and
are thus more easily maimed and killed, the end result of the anti-gun crowd’s gun-restrictions
is that the anti-gunners put themselves in harmony with the objectives of terrorists.
