Why Do So Many Voters and Non-voters Complain?

How is it that so many voters keep electing the same types of people AND then still continue to complain about who gets elected, as if someone else were responsible, when all along those same voters did it to themselves?

 

How is it that so many non-voters keep doing nothing with their constitutional responsibility to participate in our political system, yet they keep complaining about who keeps getting elected, even though it is they who deprived our political system of their votes that could have changed the course of political history?

 

Maybe those people do NOT really want change...

Maybe those people really just like to complain...
